Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their investment goals, financial capabilities, and preferences. They should also cooperate in providing necessary documentation and information required for property transactions.

Fee Structure: BCM Properties Pvt Ltd charges a service fee/commission based on the value of the real estate transaction or as agreed upon with the client. The fee structure will be discussed and agreed upon before the commencement of services.
